This module is created in order for the users to be able to rate comments. Users have the option to rate a comment either once from a certain IP or once with certain user ID.

Module contains bunch of small features for developers which help complete your routine work faster.
Now it's mostly drush commands for drush maniacs.

About Borealis Suite

Borealis is a suite of modules designed to assist in the implementation and building of semantic HTML5 and responsive projects in Drupal.

This project is an exported feature (Features module).
