This module adds some common-sense usability to Drupal's menu system
- Menu Trails implements primary/secondary links which keep the current menu trail "active" or highlighted. A handy snippet ready to go into your template.php is included.
- The module provides a means of broadly categorizing nodes (by type or taxonomy) as falling "under" a known menu item. These nodes are not added to the menu tree (keeping the menu admin system sane) but they will trigger the functionality above -- preserving navigation state for the user -- when viewed.
- New for 6.0: Menu Trails can also set breadcrumbs for nodes, keeping them in sync with the trail.
- New for 6.0: Menu Trails is now Organic Groups aware, so nodes can be designated to fall "under" the first group node they belong to.
- New for 6.0: A token is exposed to pathauto (and other token-aware modules) allowing for the menu trail to be used in automatic path alias creation.

The Interface Sortable module makes it easy for developers to add JavaScript drag-and-drop form elements to forms and drag-and-drop widgets to non-form pages. It depends on the JQuery Interface module which in turn relies on the JQuery Update module.
Fierce SSO is a Single Sign-On module for Drupal. It is designed so that if users log in to any one of your sites, it will automatically log them in to all the sites in the "network". It works by embedding special, invisible GIF images on the Welcome screen that users get after they log in. These images connect to the other sites in the network and silently log you in.
Fierce SSO is an alternative to danielc's singlesignon module (which does some magic by manipulating session tables in the background instead of using invisible images). I think my module uses a simpler approach and is more seamless to users. However, it occasionally fails if users have images turned off or if they navigate to another page after logging in without waiting for the page to finish loading.
This module helps you fix translations on your site as you see the issues. Just by navigating around your pages, you'll be able to fix translations and fill in missing ones using the on-page translation editor. At the same time, if configured properly, the module also submits your translations back to the community, to localize.drupal.org or any other localization server.

Easylink is a Drupal module/TinyMCE plugin that allow users to easily create links in the WYSIWYG editor without typing URLs. It provides a pop-up window with a list of pages.
This module is not being actively developed, as the important parts of it's functionality have be included in Drupal 6.
Quick Admin Menu is a javascript heavy replacement for the core Menu administration page. It features drag and drop tree sorting, and same page editing, deleting and disabling of menu items. Yay!

The Faceted Search module provides a search API and a search interface for allowing users to browse content in such a way that they can rapidly get acquainted with the scope and nature of the content, and never feel lost in the data. More than a search interface, this is an information navigation and discovery tool.
The interface exposes metadata in such a way that users can build their queries as they go, refining or expanding the current query, with results automatically reflecting the current query. This interface also combines free-text search, fully leveraging Drupal's search engine. It avoids complex search forms, and never offers facets that would lead to empty result sets.
The profile enforcer module allows site administrators to require that required user profile fields be filled out before registered users visit any other pages on a given site.
