This is a module that lets Drupal handle user- and session-management for phpBB, a popular forum / bulletin board system. In practice it takes things from the Drupal database and updates the phpBB database each time a user logs in. It also provides a block that lists recent topics from the forum. This module requires mod_rewrite / clean URLs and is not recommended for beginners.
Allows users to attach files to comments. Multiple attachments per comment are supported, and comment uploads can be enabled and disabled on a per-nodetype basis.
This module allows the administrator to change the destination of Taxonomy Term links.
Send one off announcement emails to registered users.
Increased control of automatically-generated teasers! This module pits truncating algorithms against each other and chooses the best teaser based on criteria you can control.
The CSS module adds, for users with enough permissions and enabled nodes, a CSS field on the node creation page.
Users might insert CSS rules in the CSS node field and those rules will be parsed on the node viewing.
This way CSS experienced users might create complex CSS based design for nodes contents.
IMPORTANT: note that the CSS editing permissions should be given only to trusted users (administrators). Malicious users which have this permission might broke your site design and also introduce security issues (XSS).
#D7CX: I pledge that CSS Module will have a full Drupal 7 release on the day that Drupal 7 is released.

Adds a "forward this page" link to each node. This module allows users to email a specific node or other entity on your site to a friend. You can customize the link text and icon and choose the view modes on which the link appears. You can also customize the email template to match the rest of your site. The module includes a report on which pages are forwarded the most and a log of all forwarding activity. Integrations with Views, Display Suite and other modules are included.
This module automatically updates the time zone setting on users' accounts. This is accomplished by using JavaScript on the client machine to send the data back to the server. The benefit is that users don't have to manually update their time zone in their profile.
