Summary
The Move Comment module allows you to move comments to new parents, either
within the same node or another one. When you move a comment, all of its
descendants will be moved as well. In addition, Move Comment allows you to
convert a comment to a new node, also moving its descendants to the new node.
It is primarily intended for sites that mostly use the threaded layout of
comments.

Installation

Configuration
Users that have the permission 'administer comment' are allowed to move
comments. The module has no further configuration.
