Fork of the Session Limit module, that blocks new sessions when the limit is reached.
This is supposed to be a temporary fork until #1310144: Prevent New Session is committed, though I'm not sure if the maintainer of Session Limit is around to support development anymore.
Others interested in Session Limit can use this sandbox until the maintainer returns or a new maintainer is found.
