Revision Reference URL Widget module is a conversion of the Node Reference URL Widget module to be used with the Revision Reference Module.
This module allows you to configure a Revision Reference field to use this widget. Once configured, it will generate node add links on the associated revision to reference and automatically populate the revision reference field with a value from the URL.
Most of the code is from the Node Reference URL Widget module, so thanks goes to the module maintainer, quicksketch.
