Content Find and Replace is a module which can be used to find the string in the content of Title, body, teaser & different cck fields and replace by new string content in the respecitve fields.
The functionality of this module is very similar to the popular CTRL+F functionality(Search).
Installation
Download the module as an archive and extract the files to your Drupal installation (normally into sites/all/modules), enable the module on the Modules administration page (Administer > Site building > Modules).
The administration section for the module can be accessed on admin/settings/sdr.
