Media Mover: Upload to Vimeo

This project adds a Process/Storage action to allow uploading videos through Media Mover to Vimeo.

This partners well with the Emfield add-on project, Media: Vimeo, for storing the uploaded video's info back to Drupal after uploading (http://drupal.org/project/media_vimeo). I reached out to that module's creators about adding this in as a plugin, but they wanted to keep the logic separate, per http://drupal.org/node/1513854#comment-5826552. It's a fair point, and as such this module will kept separate.

Please note:
The process to get a Vimeo authorized token that you can use to authenticate your uploads is a bit of a pain. I've documented the steps manually in the README.txt, but will be integrating this in a more Drupal-y fashion next.
