Simple Backup

1. Backups and zips the Database and all of your site's files recursively in one go.
2. You can download them to your computer

Simple!

Features:
- zips database and files and gives them to you to download
- optionally delete the archive in X minutes - needs cron

Use cases :
- when you dont have ssh/ftp access
- when you have ftp, but you hate waiting for the slow, inefficient recursive file by file FTP file download ( with filezilla or winscp etc... )
- when you have ftp/ssh but installing this module is faster than both

Caveats:
- needs php's timeout to be big enough - and the max file size

Requires:
- any of the zip, tar commands present on the system
- the mysqldump command
