Do Not Disturb

This module, when enabled, will deny access to anyone who tries to access the site without first logging in (by going to /user). This allows site creators to deny access to the general public while still having the site available in production for logged in users. It's useful for sites that are under active development and are not quite ready to launch.

Future improvements planned are:

• provide a way to edit the "allowed path" list, which will let site creators to white list paths.
• allow the use of a cookie to allow certain users, once they have logged in once, to view the site without being logged in (useful for testing anonymous users
