The official module is commerce_europabank_mpi, which was not contributed to the community, but can be downloaded from their website: https://www.europabank.be/mpi (look for "plugins")

Europabank integration for the Drupal Commerce payment and checkout system.

Testing

It's really simple.
Register an europabank test account and you will receive different visa/maestro/mastercard numbers.
Add the received data (MPI account number, provider url , shared client secret , proxy url) to the payment method settings and you're ready to go.
