This module provides a block that will show if it matches your current location using the ip_geoloc module (which also uses GPS data if available). You can specify the granularity based on debug information that this module produces.
To configure, go to your Blocks page, find Geolocated Block, and specify which field you wish to use to match your location. You can use the "debug" toggle to have the block display your current location so you can figure out which field to use and what value to put there.
