Fivestar Integer

This module adds a "Fivestar Widget" field formatter to numeric fields.

This attends a really specific use case where we have a "rating" field that doesn't actually contain any votes, merely a numeric rating. This can be used for content ratings, product reviews, etc. The advantage here is that we can store a numeric value, specify what it is out of (ex: 3 out of 5) and leverage Fivestar's widget styles in order to effortlessly display the result with a fivestar format.

It currently fully-functional, I'm just not sure whether to submit this as a patch to the Fivestar module or to create a separate project, but this is being discussed here: #1724340: Add field formatter to display numeric fields as a static fivestar widget
