General tools which assist in processing domain names.
This module is expected to offer string processing and validation checking for well formed-ness of domain name strings. It will form the basis for increasingly advanced domain management tools all aimed at the developer. The toolkit will then be presented to administrators and end users in a series of UX/UI modules requiring this and other lower level tools.
