Address field Norwegian pid

Adds address field support for the Norwegian personal identification number (PID).
The PID is required by customs when shipping goods into Norway.

The module adds an address format called "Norwegian personal identification number".
The format uses the administrative_area field (not used for Norwegian addresses).

To configure

1. Go the the manage fields of your content type
2. Edit the address field
3. In the "Format handlers" check the "Norwegian personal identification number" (see note 1 below)

Display

To control the display of the field

1. Go the the manage Display of your content type
2. Configure the field by clicking the gear icon to its right
3. In the "Format handlers" check the "Norwegian personal identification number" (see note 1 below)

Note 1: you should add the "Norwegian personal identification number" to your existing address format (make sure both are checked) as this format only handles the Norwegian PID.

Note 2: You can use view modes to control the display of the PID under different circumstances

About the Norwegian ID

Norwegian ID numbers are used by public authorities for identification and statistical purposes. Every person registered in the National Population Register has a personal identification number. The register is overseen by the Norwegian Tax Administration.
