Summary

This module allows you to show your term's description in the content in tooltip style. It means that it filters the terms (term words) in the content and shows their description in tooltip on mouse hover event.

For D8 taxomy_tooltip is merged into the glossify project. Read discussion and arguments here.

D7 Version

Configuration

  1. Download and enable 2.x version of Libraries API module.
  2. Download jQuery Tooltip plugin and extract it to the libraries folder.
  3. Select the vocabularies which you want to use (admin/config/content/taxonomy-tooltip). If the term hasn't got description the tooltip won't show.
  4. Enable the filter on the used text formats (admin/config/content/formats).T
