Docker

Docker is an open-source engine which automates the deployment of applications as highly portable, self-sufficient containers which are independent of hardware, language, framework, packaging system and hosting provider.

The initial effort is for a Drupal based Docker control.

This is being built in 8.x.

Roadmap:
- Access multiple Docker hosts
- Manage images
- Manage containers
- Manage build scripts/files
- Group containers into "Apps"

There's many directions the project could go, but I'll keep the roadmap practical till more work gets done. Currently all it does is supports adding hosts and listing images.
