Privatize

This is a drush plugin to make all public files private or make all private files public. There is nothing to enable. Download this to the ~/.drush directory ($ cd ~/.drush; drush dl privatize).

On large sites with lots of existing files, and potentially many file fields, this is a bit more complicated than just switching the setting. The fields need to be updated. The files need to be moved and the file records need to be updated.

This could fairly easily be turned into a module as well. if someone wanted to do that, using batchapi, I'd accept a patch.

Before running on a production site, please backup your site and test on a development version of your site. Although this was written with the intention of working on large sites, it is a new plugin, and not very thoroughly tested.
