Better Countries

This module enhances/extends the Countries module in several ways:

• adds "administer better countries" and "administer countries" permissions
• adds a simple interface to import translations for country names for enabled languages. A CSV file with translations into 14 languages of most (all?) countries provided by the Countries module is included
• adds an interface for replacing the Continents list
• adds three fields related to mapping: "pin city", "pin latitude", and "pin longitude". Coordinates are fetched from GeoNames (defaulting to the capital city in most cases, but can be configured per country), so that other applications may use these coordinates to place country pins on maps in locations of their choosing.
• Custom code support for countries.
• Views integration for custom codes, pin cities, and pin latitude and longitude.

Other features are planned, such as "duplicate-as-vocabulary".

This module requires the GeoNames PEAR library to fetch pin city information.
