Description

Based on the i18n translation module set, this little helper module allows to set translate permissions per language/per role.

Why this module?

With the i18n module, translate permissions can only be set globally. Means, if a user of a given role has language translate permissions, he will be able to translate nodes into all available languages. It is not possible to restrict permissions to certain languages.
The existing module "Translation Acess" (https://drupal.org/project/i18n_access) allows to set language specific translate permissions for dedicated users and languages but not for roles

Module just needs to be installed and language specific translate permissions for dedicated roles can be set then: admin/people/permissions#module-translate_role_permissions
