Adds additional theme template suggestions based on content type groups.
This module is no longer supported as I have opened a request to merge it into the main Content type groups module (see #2872198: Merge in content_type_groups_theme functionality). In the interim, you can apply the pending patch in that issue via Drush Make or Composer, or copy the preprocess hook from content_type_groups_theme.module into your own custom module.
