An imagefield formatter that implements "zoom" functionality for images. Uses Elevate Zoom plugin, which is free of charge
You need to download Elevate Zoom plugin separately and place jquery.elevatezoom.js file into sites/all/libraries/elevatezoom.
Enable module, then choose "Elevate Zoom" formatter for desired image field. Most of settings are stored in INI format. See available options here

UPD: there's already module that uses Elevate Zoom https://drupal.org/project/imagezoom. I had to look better before write another one :)
