Commerce VAT included

The functionality of this module is now in Commerce VAT module so this is obsolete.

When calculating a VAT-included price from an integer price, there is a mathematacal Problem that not every price is possible. This module solves that Problem by changing tax calculation so that the unit price does not change after tax calculation.

It changes calculation callbacks for both Commerce Tax and Commerce VAT modules. Usually you will want to use the Commerce VAT included as replacement module, which replaces VAT calculation. Only for special purposes you may want to use the Commerce VAT included as additional Tax module which does not touch the original tax rates, but provides a VAT-included clone of each.

This is still in development so ther may be backward-incompatible changes.
