Quiz Passed

This is a "quick and dirty" module that sends automatic email notifications when someone gets a passing score on a quiz. The Quiz Module has that feature built-in, but this is fancier because it uses logic. The module will check for an email address attached to a taxonomy term attached to the current user. In other words:

User A takes quiz and passes. User A is tagged with Term B. Term B has a custom field with Email Address C. When A passes, C gets an email.

You can edit the module to use whatever logic you want. I didn't feel this deserved to be a full-fledged module, but several people have asked for similar functionality so I'm making it available as a sandbox project.
