Subscriptions And is a plugin module for the Subscriptions Module. The base Subscriptions module (and the plugins it comes with by default - Taxonomy, Node, and Content Type) allows users to only subscribe in ways like: "All content tagged 'Drupal'" or "All content of type 'Article'". The Subscriptions And module allows users to subscribe more granularly - for example "All content of type 'Article' and tagged 'Drupal'".
Note: I have most of this module written but am working on extracting it from a live code base to make it a better generic module. If you'd like to see me prioritize this over my other many sandbox modules, let me know.
