INTRODUCTION

This module adds two potential links to the module listing so site
administrators can have easy addess to INSTALL and README files.

Access to these links is granted by the 'administer modules' permission. If you
can use admin/modules, you can utilize this module.

Note that I haven't decided on the module name and shortname yet, so the namespace may change.

REQUIREMENTS

This module has no dependencies.

RECOMMENDED MODULES

* Markdown filter (https://www.drupal.org/project/markdown):
When the enabled, display of the project's README.md help will be
rendered with markdown.

* Module filter (https://www.drupal.org/project/module_filter)
When enabled, the module listing page is much easier to use. Note that proper
support of Module Filter is pending https://www.drupal.org/node/2304687

INSTALLATION

* Install as you would normally install a contributed drupal module. See:
https://drupal.org/documentation/install/modules-themes/modules-7
for further information.

CONFIGURATION

This module has no configuration.
