Simple module that adds the backbone.js as a library so it's available to other modules, but also inserts it on any page / pages you specify via a configuration form. Also allows you to choose development or production. NOTE: This only includes backbone.js, not the underscore dependency. This also acts a nice boiler plate for adding new libraries.
