This module is a Drupal wrapper for jQuery social stream plugin.
The module allows embedding streams as block, bean blocks, and panel panes and configure them through UI. You can have multiple streams per page.
Update: The module also supports social wall option provided by the plugin.
Drupal 8: The module supports only block implementation for D8. Bean and panel support will be added when (if) stable versions of Bean and Panels modules are released.
