A simple field formatter to allow a static title to be set for URL fields. As this is a field formatter static titles can be set on view modes or on fields in Views, rather than on the field settings page itself as you would in the Link module, which has this functionality built in.
Why not just use the Link module then? You might want to! However if you're using URL on your Drupal 7 site, which is the basis for Drupal 8's core URL field type, this might be useful.
