Commerce Order States provides support for creating and maintaining new Commerce Order States and Statuses. Since it uses the appropriate commerce hooks, these may be used in conjunction with rules and views to achieve any number of goals, for the project that prompted the creation of this module it is used to create "wishlist" and "quote" functionality using the order structure which allows the list items to actually be qualified line items that may be moved to an active shopping cart very simply.
