Content internal navigation

The module manages the contribution a set of anchors and the build of menu allowing to navigate inside the content containing it.

It defines 2 new field types:

• "Anchor": it allows to set an anchor with a title and an specific id.
  The title will be used to define the corresponding item in the internal menu.
• "Internal Navigation": it allows to place in the node structure a internal menu to navigate on the page.
  The content of this menu is set from "Anchor" fields filed in the same contributed content (included those set in "Field collection" or "Paragraph" items).

Please note that:

1. The "Internal Navigation" field type can be add only to a node and this node can only have one field of the type.
2. The module does not come with "back to top" link. Other modules already deal with this kind of feature like "Back To Top" or "scroll to top".
