This module adds a new field to the maintenance mode page and displays the message set on that page on the login page when your website is in maintenance mode. It grabs the message set by the administrator in admin/config/development/maintenance or sets a translatable message when nothing has been set.
By default, Drupal does not show this message on the login page, which is a problem for websites that only have registered users. This module sets that message on the login page as a warning.
