Provides an API for integrating jQuery smoothState.js with Drupal via the Libraries API.
"smoothState.js lets you add transitions to eliminate the hard cuts and white flashes of page loads that deface the beauty of the user experience."
You will need to add the jQuery smoothState library in "sites/all/libraries/jquery_smoothstate"
This is in development and is NOT completed nor does it have any UI or admin sections. Currently all it does is load the smooth state library.
