Avatax Tax Service

This is a provider module for the base module Commerce Tax Services adding support for Avalara's Avatax service.

This module is an abstraction of all of the Avatax-specific code from the existing commerce_avatax module into the hook format required by Commerce Tax Services. This module is experimental at this point and may not work at all until further development effort is made.

in theory, enabling Commerce Tax Services along with this module will give you a similar experience to the existing commerce_avatax module, but based on the new Commerce Tax Services platform.
