A module that register a plugin which provides Text Color and Background Color buttons: http://ckeditor.com/addon/colorbutton
Installation
Download Add one ColorDialog Unzip the file and Put the folder in a libraries directory Ex: sites/all/libraries
Download Add one PanelButton Unzip the file and Put the folder in a libraries directory Ex: sites/all/libraries
Download Add one colorbutton Unzip the file and Put the folder in a libraries directory Ex: sites/all/libraries
Download the Color Button module, put it into the modules folder, then enable it.
Edit selected text format where CKEditor is enabled.
Adjust toolbar configuration - add Text/Background Color buttons to the toolbar.
Save the text format settings.
