KMK Node Subscriptions

KMK Node Subscriptions allows already authenticated users to subscribe via email to individual nodes, authors, or to entire content types.

Settings: /admin/structure/kmk_subscriptions/settings
Manage user subscriptions: /user/subscriptions
Manager another user's subscriptions as administrator: /user/[uid]/subscriptions
Subscription form on individual nodes: Place "Subscribe to Content" block on individual node page for node subscriptions form
AJAX button for subscribing to content types: Place "Subscribe to Content Type Link" block anywhere for a block that allows a user to subscribe to
