This is a companion module for the Twig For Drupal 7 theme engine .
It implements a flush cache hook, so the template cache is cleared when the cache is flushed. It features a start of the streamwrapper based template cache. but it was never finished.
In theory it could provide a solution for https://www.drupal.org/node/2824538 and https://www.drupal.org/node/2824536 by implementing a _alter hook for the theme registry.
