How to use:
1. Install the modules.
2. Visit "admin/commerce/config/commerce_vauchar" to enter the merchant id and secret received from Vauchar

How it work:
1. The user enters the discount code on the checkout page.
2. The discount code is validated from Vauchar API and if valid, user is given the discount.
