All at once configuration

Update: This module appears mostly redundant with Content type overview and Revision all. This namespace is offered to them if those modules would like to consolidate, or collaborate on an API.

Originally planned:

This module seeks to put scattered configurations all in one place, make it easy to set all defaults at once, and (where needed) assist all core and contributed modules it touches with their configuration-in-code integration.

Motivation: Many core and contributed modules could be more conveniently administered if their configuration options were all accessible in one place. For instance, one is very likely to want to change the Create new revision setting for all content types at once. All such settings that are spread across content type forms would, not exclusively but for certain purposes, be much more conveniently administered centrally.
