DadaIMC to Drupal

This is a module to migrate from dadaIMC to Drupal.

This module is a continuation of dadamigrate, a module started by tomm as part of the IMC Alba project. We've agreed to split off dadamigrate to its own project and thus here is dadaimc2drupal.

In a first stage I'll be cleaning up dadamigrate code to fit Drupal's coding standards and move to the same classes based batch implementation I've already used in spip2drupal and phpnuke2drupal.

On a second stage I'll change the implementation of comments import to use comment.module instead of nodecomment (because of performance) and fix the still open issues I did send to imc_alba in the past.

From this point on I'm up to decide if the module will only provide a migration to sane defaults, that is: upload.module, event.module, ... or provide a feature rich version based on an indymedia install profile based on dadaimc.

All of this is to be done in a short frame of time as it is critically needed by several indymedias still using dadaimc.
