Link options is a small module that extends the "link" field type to provide authors the ability to decide, for each node, whether to hide the link, display it, or redirect the visitor to the link's url.
Issues:
The redirect feature of this module may perform unpredictably for multiple entry link fields.
Versions:
This module will only be supported for version 7.x; it probably won't be updated for Drupal 8. There is a legacy version for 6.x in the git repository; it works, but it is not supported and there is not going to be an upgrade path.
