Defines a Notifications (v4) subscription type for content tagged with a given taxonomy term posted to a given Organic group.
Managed to break the module for a while there but it's working again now. (Subscription conditions were not being evaluated properly.)
Added admin configuration of format of subscription links at /admin/messaging/notifications/subscriptions/content
A permission is now defined ('subscribe to term in any group') to control access to the subscription type.
There is a second permission defined ('subscribe to term in own groups') that is not yet fully implemented. I'm not sure if it is actually implementable (see #1189432: Subscription-type access control ). Would be grateful for any help with that.
