The Duplicate Mail module has a block to display system wide duplicate email
addresses in user accounts, and a view with a block display for use on
individual user account pages that displays only the accounts that have the same
email address as that account.
URL Content Field is a Drupal 7 field type that pulls in content from a given URL at a given update interval. By itself, it simply saves the content. You can then use node hooks to process if you want, or simply keep an archive of content changing over time (as node revisions). The content in a URL Content Field is not currently displayed, but is exposed to Drupal's search.
