The code will:
* Add a bit of javascript to your site.
* Automatically works for both http and https pages.
* Asynchronous loading so it won’t slow down your site.
With this module you will be able to:
* Add a KISS Insights Box on every page.
* Create a block/white list of pages to show/hide the KISS Insights block.
* Be able to identify authenticated (logged in) users.
* Specify where to show the survey on the page (left, right, distance frombottom)
