Similar to what was done in this issue: http://drupal.org/node/607648, but specific to Aptana (and possibly PDT) rather than Zend. The profile attempts to following as much of the Drupal coding standards as specified at http://drupal.org/coding-standards as possible within the constraints of Aptana/Eclipse 'Formatter' configuration (for example, there is no way that I am aware of to force a new line before subsequent case and default keywords). The xml file should be installed in Aptana Studio by going to Preferences > Aptana > Formatter; then click on the import button, browse to and select the XML file from this project: drupal_aptana_formatter_profile.xml
