EZ-CSS is like CSS injector on steroids. It will allow a user with correct permissions, through the UI, to edit a CSS file which is added to the end of the chain.
This is good for people who have a design sense and can do CSS, but don't want to muck about with file-system level stuff or get down into the .tpl.php files.
By putting the CodeMirror library (http://codemirror.net/) into sites/all/libraries, you can get syntax highlighting for your CSS as well.
Currently looking for any and all feedback about this sandbox project!
