Bank slip

A modules package to bank payment slip generetion. It consists in a core module which have the main functions for bank slip generation and sub-modules to give especific banks features. Initially it's being developed to meet the needs of bank slip (boleto) generation in Brazil using a node type for each account. But the main idea is that it can be extended for use with other banks in the world and integrated with other modules like webform, commerce and payment.
