This is a simple module that allows you to control Drupal's interaction with an external cache.
It basically restores the checkbox that was present in Drupal 6 for the 'aggressive' cache.
Configuration
Visit: 'admin/config/development/performance' for a new checkbox: 'Enable external page caching'.
