Ubercart cart bonus

This module is a very small module designed to just add extra items to a user's (ubercart) shopping cart under some simple conditions and apply a discount % to those extra items added

- Ability to build a rule
- Select which product combinations trigger that rule (OR/AND)
- Select which products are then added to their shopping cart
- Enter in the total discount for those added products ( 0 -> 100% )

I could have used conditional actions for this implementation but the interface for that is very complex, and this is a very problem specific module.

It also has some smarts to help theme in which cart bonus rule triggered the bonus into the cart checkout page.

this module is so far for ubercart 6.x-2 only
