Building a replacement for Listhandler for D7 with the intent to handle significantly more features.

• Build a threaded list of messages from the mailing list
• Allow the replying from the website which is placed back onto the mailing list
• Allow the filtering of said list of messages
• Allow the searching of this list of messages including filters on content, subject, author, date
• Build statistics of posting on the list
• Provide tools to help with the moderating of the mailing list
• Provide a module to specifically interface to a Mailman mailing list, with hooks to allow it to be extended to other mailing list managers
